The company was established by Arwa, who brings over 32 years of industry experience, having worked with globally recognized brands such as Otto AGN, Tom Tailor, Bestseller (including Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, Only), among others. Arwa’s deep expertise in product development and Local and Global sourcing has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision and standards.
Supporting this journey is Tarun, a foundational pillar of the company, whose dedication and operational strength continue to play a key role in HOSKIT’s growth and success.

Role Contribution -Textile Vertical
As active Consultants we handle Customers from across the World, especially Europe & USA & the role involves Procurement, Business Development, Costing, Price Negotiations, Sampling, Production and all Operational aspects of the business while overlooking the Supply Commitment to excellence & quick resolution of challenges.
Responsibility of Overall Management for you as Consultants:
Sourcing of the best vendors for the products & ranges and business development & growth.
Organizing the samples in correct quality & within the required time frame.
Strategic planning & pricing for the products from the vendors.
Forecasting of the continuous back wall ranges being supplied.
Coordinating sourcing & procurement of special packaging material.
Order fulfillment for all the regions & maintaining delivery timelines
Quality control, Periodical product testing's & facilitate the supply chain
Working with MIS Reports and internal data systems for follow ups and management.

Strong market knowledge and evidence of utilizing that knowledge to make changes to
procurement plans and business decisions
Excellent analytical skills, good judgment, discretion and ability to manage sensitive situations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload with a strong attention to detail and stakeholder
management
Evaluation and Verification of Social Compliance, Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing
